Eustace, Texas

For the Labor Day weekend I was in Eustace, Texas for a quilt retreat. The scenery was beautiful and I enjoyed waking up early and walking the path, looking out for deer and other animals. The weather there was wonderful and on the last day I actually had to wear a long sleeved flannel shirt for my walk.

On my way home, I stopped in at a small state park and enjoyed the breeze and sun while walking along the shore of a small lake. I do not have a UV filter for my camera yet so most of the pictures from the lake came out too bright and looked very over exposed. I was able to save some of them, though.

I hope you enjoy, I will post some of the wonderful quilts later.
XOXOXO
